STILL BAKING....

Well my dr.s appt today proved to be exactly what I expected. Still at a 1 still 50% effaced and still no progress. My sister gets to have her baby on the 14th we'll see if I get to be anywhere close to that. Today I scheduled a visit for the 21st of July, now that just makes me want to cry cause really I will probably go to that appointment too. The ultrasound I had today (because I was measuring small) was quick, I brought Lucas' dinner chair and strapped him down during the ultrasound and the regular exam he and Jacey had a sucker and sat nicely and for that I am grateful. They are nice kids. The Ultrasound Tech said the baby measures about 6lbs 12 oz. which means it will be my biggest kid yet. And being larger than my other babies makes me feel like he/she should be done baking RIGHT??!! Lucas was 6lbs 2oz and Jacey was 5lbs 13oz. so the feeling of this delivery being my hardest one might just be true. I haven't felt whether it is a boy or girl, just that the delivery is going to be hard for some reason. Let's pray it is just a feeling. Love all your comments and all your posting.

Hey girly,
I get home late late tomorrow night (Wednesday) so by Thursday I'll be up and running for any babysitting you may need. I hate to hear that you are bringing kids to your appts. Just bring them over to me. Except for the dance festival days, I should basically be free. Use and abuse me.
I'm sorry about no progress. I'm also sorry to tell you that my #3 was my worst delivery BUT he was my best baby...
SOOOO.... with one you get the other??

I really am sorry that you're still baking! It is such a relief to be done. I do have to say that at my drs. appt. the day before I went into labor, I was barely a 2 and I don't think I was effaced much at all because they didn't even give me a number! BUT, they did strip my membranes, and I know that was what did it for me. Good luck and keep us up to date on the progress.

I've been thinking about you a lot lately, wondering what that baby was up to. Ya know, it's so hard at the end. Like I told Ashlee, pregnancy is a marathon! For maybe some peace of mind, Mason was almost a full pound bigger than my girls & he was the easiest to labor! His head was actually smaller & super easy to get out. Keep us posted.

Hey Jennis - don't believe those ultrasounds and the weight guesstimate - they said Sarah would be eight and a half pounds and she was only six. You'll get there. I like the idea of hard delivery=easy baby! Let's keep our minds focused on that game. :) Love you Jennis, see you Sunday?

I think you'll be just fine. 3rd time's a charm, right? I can't wait to see you in only a few more weeks!

Ok Jenn. I got some advise from a pregnant friend in my ward. She said that the Lord won't take away a trial that you are strong enough to bare. So moral is: might as well find some joy/happiness in your pregnancy until the Lord releases you from it.
Hard to do? maybe. I thought it was an interesting way of looking at it.
Have a great day!

hey doll face!

sorry you're still hanging in there but bigger does NOT mean harder. Grandma says the bigger they are they harder they work to get out so you have to do less :)

I cannot WAIT to meet your new little one - good luck sweets!
